The focus of the workshop is to address the various experimental, theoretical, and modeling challenges associated with defining early stages of damage and/or failure at the microstructural level. The intent of the workshop is to assemble a mix of internal and external researchers to share methods and insights with the end goal of producing collaborations and innovative ideas for future efforts in the field.
Collaborators from across the USA and Los Alamos National Laboratory will give presentations/talks. Represented universities/entities are:
